Maybe his stunt double? They could use him for that next big car explosion or that fall from the building. Just one take.

One would think being arrested on five charges would be sort of a mood killer but no, even this story has a happy ending.

I am glad they caught him, good for them. It seems like he may have known her since they chased him away and he came back. What a scumbag, and who does PCP anymore get with the times dude.

Cyle Gates, 23, charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact and other crimes

A Jersey City woman was being sexually assaulted in her own home on Christmas Eve when two of Jersey City's Finest busted through a window and wrestled the attacker to the ground, police said.

The 41-year-old Ocean Avenue woman and the superintendent in her building had chased away Cycle Gates at 4:43 p.m., but the 23-year-old returned about five minutes later, entering the building through a side door, police reports said. The woman was still on the phone with police when Gates broke into her apartment, cops said.

Police Officers Joe Seals and Edmond Redmond weren't far behind, arriving at 4:50. The hero cops climbed the fire escape and surprised Gates, who attempted to flee, reports said.

Gates then attacked the cops, kicking and punching them, reports said, and in the struggle PCP fell from Gates' pocket onto the floor. Cops said he also had a pocket knife, black gloves and a mask. Police would not say if Gates knew the woman or why she had been targeted.

Gates is charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact, aggravated assault on police officers, burglary, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of weapons.

Hours after his arrest, Gates was seen on a surveillance camera masturbating while in a South District holding cell, police said.

"They did a great job in grabbing this individual and placing him under arrest after a struggle," said police spokesman Lt. Edgar Martinez said.

Jersey City Police Director Samuel Jefferson lauded Redmond and Seals, as well as the backup units involved, both for the immediate response and effective handling of the situation.

"They did an outstanding job in apprehending the individual," he said in a statement.

"The most important thing here is that the victim is safe and she received proper medical assistance and resources," Martinez said.
