I had the displeasure of getting out of a lease with Vision Group after they bought the condo on Ogden I was renting.

Their new lease had riders which took all away most of the basic tenants rights in New Jersey [see: http://www.lsnjlaw.org/ ]

I'd be cautious in dealings with them, buying or renting.

Hmmm, WHICH buildings.

And
Quote:
six high-rises with 107 apartments in Journal Square

With an average of 17 apartements per bulding how high can these "high rises" BE?

Sice they are calling it "the project" there must be some sort of relationsip between the buildings? Marion Gardens perhaps?

So that's $165,000 each for the last 10 apartments.

I am sure they mean Journal Square, since they say it's a 20-minute subway ride from midtown Manhattan rather than a 5 or 10-minute.

It was out of an israeli news source - see link.

Vision Real Estate Group LLC, owned by president and CEO Amir Yerushalmi, has completed the sale of 70 apartments in Jersey City that the company bought a year earlier. The company sold ten apartments in the project last month for $1.65 million; sales to date have reached $13 million.

Last year, Vision Real Estate bough six high-rises with 107 apartments in Journal Square in downtown Jersey City, a 20-minute subway ride from midtown Manhattan, for $12 million. The company predicts $20 million in total sales.

The original timetable for the project set a two-year timetable for vacation, renovation, and sale of the apartments. The company is well ahead of schedule.
