But I thought it took months, even years to make wine. The festival only lasts 6 hours. Have they found a way to accelerate the process? Maybe it should say "grape juice making" instead of "wine making" to avoid any possible lawsuits by disgruntled festival attendees.

Join us on Sunday September 14th, 2008 For our annual Italian Festival Here at the Dante Alighieri Society 562 Summit Ave J.C. around the corner from the rear of the J.S.Q. PATH station at the foot of Van Reipen Ave. just a few blocks north of the J.S.Q. PATH Outdoors will be the food and rides inside there will be wine making, mozzarella (mutz) making, art work displays and much more. 12:00pm til 6:00pm http://www.dantealighierisociety.org/index.html
