Good morning,

I work at Harborside at Exchange Place, Jersey City.
I have a stella fireball scooter.
I used to park on the street near the boardwalk.
Construction started and it changed to no parking.
Any one park on the Pier - I see bicycle parking - with no bikes.
There is occasionally a black and another silver scooter parked on the pier - does one have to be a resident?

I also have an hd sporty - is that subject to different rules?

I do have a zone 2 resident parking - but that zone is for Jersey City Heights - would they be less likely to ticket if I parked in residential zone 1?
