2nd day: no Comcast.

Do they have to pay for this "no parking", or can they simply do the same next week when they get around to doing whatever they're up to?

I would assume all of these things can be found out using the Open Public Record Act. This requires filling out a form, and then the government agency has 7 days to respond to the request. There is usually a photocopying fee. Failure to respond is a violation of the law.

I don't know why this would surprise anyone. It appears the JCPA does whatever they like. A developer on my block was given a 1 year "emergency no parking" permit for in front of the rowhouse he's rehabbing.

He even went to the lengths of drilling holes in the sidewalk so he could put the signs (metal ones) on poles. Tell me he isn't connected.

And pink before you ask it does have a permit number. Of course verifying it with JCPA is a fruitless excercise of being on hold and voicemail.

anyone know if there are actual regulations regarding the posting of these signs?

LOL.

By the way, nice avatar.

Comcast has my whole block on one side posted for 2 days. What could they be up to? Of course, by afternoon of day one there's still no sight of them.
