Jersey City announces 4th annual clean-up day Posted Mar 11, 2:07 PM By Ron Zeitlinger | The Jersey Journal How do you remove 30 tons of garbage and debris from Jersey City streets without it costing the city a dime? You organize hundreds of volunteers to come together on the same day with the notion that every scrap of paper and every empty soda can they pick up will make a difference. Jersey City is putting out the call again to city residents to do more than just complain about the debris in the streets.
