Thanks for that suggestion. I will give them a call.

I am looking for a licensed professional to "certify" the plans so Sketch-up isn't really appropriate for the task but do appreciate the suggestion.

You don't want or need a high-priced architect for this, so one suggestion is Hampton Hill. They produce decent work but not fancy stuff, which is perfect for your needs. (I have no connection to them so this isn't biased.)

Not quite an answer to the specified request, but measuring and sketching floorplans, or entire homes, can be done very easily with the freeware SketchUp, which was formerly owned by Google, but now is a stand alone company. It is not so hard to use and the results are impressive.

While I'm a big fan of & user of SketchUp, I think the OP is looking for a document produced by a licensed professional involved here, since these numbers will then be used in future sales of the units. There was an article in the Times a while back about people suing because the actual footage of their condos was nothing like what was marketed.

Our building is contemplating re-measuring our floor plans as the measurements in the condo plan seem more like aspirational marketing than fact.

Can anyone recommend an architect who will draw existing floor plans? We are not looking for design work.
