You'll get plenty of leads from craigslist; especially if you're listing as owner with no broker fee.
Plus a lot of the aggregators like hotpads and padmapper will scrape your listing.

I have to get a new tenant, it's been years since I've had to make a change, is craiglist still the go to, or is there a better more traffic'ed site these days?
