I often get offers to buy property in cash via the mail. This time, I got one from an actual developer. This company is building a non R-1 building on Waverly st on the site of a former blue printing company. How the hell did these guys get a variance to do something besides a Bayonne Box? Kudos to them for doing it though...

Seems to be all new construction, which makes me wonder if I did sell, would it be a tear down? The property in question is a grandfathered 3 family in an R-1 zone (with a decent NYC view).

Anyone else here get inquiries from this developer?
