Where can I find fresh soba noodles? Frozen would be okay, too. I would like to prepare them at home Ten Zaru style. I found lots of dry soba brands at H Mart in Fort Lee, but they just don't taste anything like fresh ones - no bite or chewiness to them.

I've seen fresh soba noodles at Asian Foods on 440.

Have not yet checked Mitsuwa for fresh soba. I did get the dipping sauce for cold soba there - it is awesome. With a bit of daikon, scallions and wasabi it tasted really authentic. Only the dry soba were a letdown. Next time I am at Mitsuwa I will ask them about fresh or frozen soba.

Have you tried Mitsuwa in Edgewater? They have a wider selection of products and a great food court.
