Your Palisade location is better.

2 bedrooms are better investments even if you only need a 1 bedroom, but buy what you can afford.

I've been looking for a condo to buy sometime next year in jersey city, in either The Heights Journal Square or the Mcginley Square area and as I've looked at places I've found a fair amount of what I can afford for 1 bedrooms, and almost nothing for 2 bedrooms. How difficult is it to sell a 1 bedroom in Jersey City.
As an example take a look at these 2 listings:
http://www.realtor.com/realestateandh ... _07306_M53064-34365?row=6
http://www.realtor.com/realestateandh ... _07306_M56701-11843?row=7

Will the 3 br in Mcginley square be easier to sell?
