United Water does have an e-billing system by using a custom PDF emailed to you. I've been using it for about a year now and it seems to work fine. I wish I could schedule payment like with PSEG, but it's quarterly so no biggie.

I have been trying to resolve a billing dispute with them for over a year. One quarter, they say we used $3000 in water when the bill is usually $250.

United water takes more than 10 days to clear check sent by mail. They do not have electronic payment receving like PSEG. They slap me with penalty for late payment even though payment was mailed more than ten days before due date. They use to have an office in DTJC which you can make payment before the due date and obtain a receipt but it has since closed and you cannot even do that anymore.
