Une Nuit D?Amour

Nimbus Dance Works invites guests to join the company at Une Nuit D'Amour, a lively evening of dance, music, wine and hors d'oeuvres, all to raise funds for Nimbus's new dance facility in Downtown Jersey City. Nimbus will begin renovations for a professional dance studio and office in Downtown Jersey City in early 2014. The new space will allow Nimbus Dance Works to fulfill the organization?s mission to provide world-class dance performance, school and dance education programs accessible to diverse communities. The new facility will house company rehearsals and office, School of Nimbus Dance Works classes, and will allow for continued growth in youth and adult classes including Nimbus? robust scholarship program, making dance training available to urban youth regardless of financial status.

Une Nuit D'Amour features: performances by Nimbus Dance Works including audience favorite Danzon by Cuban choreographer Pedro Ruiz and Six Chansons by Nimbus Artistic Director Samuel Pott; live music by Jazz pianist Brendan Kibbee; delicacies prepared by local gourmet chefs; auction with one-of-a-kind items and experiences (including vacation getaways), and the opportunity to show your support of Nimbus Dance Works with like-minded arts supporters.
