...besides the foundry. to rent, not buy.

does anyone have information on the union st lofts?

i have done the real estate game in hudson county for 3 years now, first living in hamilton park, now in the heights, all the while having an art gallery in bergen lafayette. i am pretty in tune with the surroundings and the poor structural make up of most loft living situations. my concern is to find a "well built" quality structure. the total oppoiste of the foundry.

i currently am in a row house in the heights on JFK, and this place has CONCRETE walls separating my neighbors from me. its unbelievable sound proof, and well built.
