Dead body pulled from house in Jersey City; police suspect homicide

In what police are classifying as a homicide, authorities removed a dead body tonight from a private home on Broadman Parkway near Kennedy Boulevard.

Police referred inquiries to officials with the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office who didn't immediately have any information about the incident.

Jersey City Fire Department Deputy Director Jerry Cala said firefighters responded to the scene this evening, but personnel from the Jersey City Medical Center handled the removal of the body.
