What sort of meal would you like to serve - a full dinner? Lunch? Are all of those restrictions for one person or different people?

Most caterers are used to working around dietary restrictions, and if they can't buld the whole meal around them, will at least come up with a special plate for the person with the restrictions. Even if you're not going with a full service caterer, most restaurants can handle requests like that.

If it's just one person with that many dietary needs, maybe their invitation will just, um, you know, get lost in the mail and you won't have to deal with it. ;) I remember once I had a big brunch for family, and made a huge effort to accomodate someone on Atkins, only to have them complain that they didn't like eggs...

I need to cater a small event, but i have guests with dietary issues. Doors anyone know where i can find food for someone with celiac, lactose intolerance, and someone who can't have pork.
