Thanks, our maintenance program is only for 8 visits a year and does not include anything else but grease and visual inspection.
My other gripe with Liberty is their $200/hr service rate on weekdays and $300 weekend rate (plus travel time). So any service call ends up costing a very pretty penny. Hard to imagine everyone else out charges $200-300 per hour for showing up.

I recommended Nouveau ELevator out of NY 718-349-4700 but I didn't realize you were looking for pricing. the price seems pretty reasonable. From what I have seen all prices for maintenance have gone up.

Hello, any recommendations for an elevator maintenance company? Our current contract with Liberty Elevator seems to go up every year and is now at $240/month for the monthly maintenance program.
Just wondering what other buildings are paying. Ours us a hydraulic elevator spanning 6 floors. Thanks
