By the way the UEZ tax rate in J.C. is 3.5% half of the 7% N.J state sales tax.

I never realized how involved the process was?. This is the JC EDC site: http://www.jcedc.org/Pages/uez.html This is the HC EDC site: www.hudsonedc.org under documents to the right clink on? Hudson County UEZ Profile (pdf) It lists all of the UEZ area?s in HC?I forgot how exact the areas actually are. Example for Rt 440 ? Route 440 (1 &9) : Society Hill to Communipaw Ave. (excluding Culver Ave. Circle), Duncan Ave. to Broadway
