One year later and I'm still waiting for my cat's license tag to come in the mail. I was so glad to see that JC did this...but seeing how badly it was managed...and how I did not get any proof of vaccinations (I was told it would be sent in the mail) it was a huge time-waster. And hours in line and my cat became sick. I would not recommend it.
