Just had my bill on my desk, if it's estimated, it will say "estimated" by the the kwh reading.

It happened to me as well. Their "actual" can sometimes be a guess if the guy couldn't read the meter. When he comes around next, he'll read it and you'll get a credit for the difference.

I do not know what is going on but my bill got crazy for the last period. It is an "actual" they say. I moved here ( my new apt) in December. My heat is electric. Now my KWH was 506 in Feb, 560 in March and now 1000 for April. I have not had my heat on since the middle of March.

I have a 1 bedroom ( renovated 2 years ago meaning new everything ) and can not believe the bill. My electric is $170 and gas is $55 for 1 month. Now I think $225 for 1 month is high for a 1 bedroom.

Any thoughts on this caper.
