Whoa!
I just happened to go to the Brownstone Diner and Pancake Factory's website and there it was! They are going to be adding an addition to the restaurant which appears to include a second story, a gazebo and a terrace (which I am guessing could be used for outdoor dining). The photo I just saw is below and a larger version of the image may be accessed via the restaurant's "Coming Soon" section of their homepage at BrownstoneDiner.com.  Wahoo!
