A Hackensack-based property manager has pleaded guilty to theft of the third degree in connection to charges that he stole thousands of dollars from a Jersey City condominium association, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. Raymond Gonzalez pleaded guilty on March 4 to theft of the third degree, Hudson County Executive Assistant Prosecutor Gene Rubino told NJ Advance Media on Friday. . . .
