That's interesting. It's a massive apartment building with a seemingly solid rental base.

The commercial real estate investment services firm Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a 19-unit apartment building located in Jersey City, according to Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm's New Jersey office. The property sold for $3.6 million to an undisclosed buyer. Steven Matovski and Umar Sheikh exclusively listed and marketed 14-20 Park St., a four-story, 19-unit apartment building in the city?s Bergen-Lafayette section. "Bergen-Lafayette is an up-and-coming neighborhood,? Matovski said in a prepared statement. ?Our client saw an opportunity to purchase in an area that will see major redevelopment over the next decade.? http://www.njbiz.com/storyimage/NJ/20 ... 974.jpg&maxW=430&maxH=430
