I'm thinking about getting my real estate license. I wouldn't depend on it for my primary income, but surely there's SOME money still in it...no? I'd mostly be interested in sales, but wouldn't rule out rentals.
I love looking at houses and discussing their features. I'm a good listener and can key into what people really want. Experienced realtors or brokers, please weigh in! All advice/opinions are welcomed.
