Quite a regular

my in-laws stay at a place in Newport when they come to town. He stays at his girlfriends or is out of town a lot, so it works out. He charges something like 60 bucks a night, which is cheaper than hotels. I know they always leave him something as a thank you. But granted, these are 60 year old parents...
I do know he has opened it up to other people but not sure how those have worked out. I did it for my friend's parents when i was out of town.

Gotta love Ben, he knew best. Day 1 honeymoon, day 2 too familiar, day 3 last rites.

I heard that one of the Newport British interns has friends visiting that need a room.

I would defer to Benjamin Franklin who wrote something to the effect of, "Fish and house guests smell after three days."
