I may have some asbestos issues in my condo - the material used to adhere the parquet floors may have asbestos in it (mastic). We recently had a very bad leak from an apartment above us that impacted our floors. The management company let us know that the floor has to be torn up and the asbestos abated as part of the repair. Fun!

I just had an environmental testing company in last week to do tests to see if there's asbestos.

If anyone has dealt with this before, kindly let me know. Looking for recommendations for asbestos abatement contractors, too.
