Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of this apartment building in Jersey City. Commercial real estate investment firm Marcus & Millichap announced the $4.375 million sale of an apartment property in Jersey City, according to Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm?s New Jersey office. Steven Matovski, a senior associate, exclusively marketed the mid-rise, 44-unit property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. He also represented the buyer, another limited liability company. "This marks one of the largest price per unit sales in Greenville History. Investors are bullish on Jersey City's growth and it is spilling into neighborhoods outside of Journal Square,? Matovski said in a prepared statement. The property is located at 238-242 Garfield Ave., sitting between Lembeck and Pearsall Avenue in the city?s Greenville Section. Link
