user1111, any pointers? I'm finding that a lot of the realtors don't want to deal with the commission of a cheap short sale/foreclosure especially during summer time.

Does anyone have a good realtor that they recommend who's willing to do short sales and foreclosures?

I don't know what's happening with my regular realtor but she seems rather MIA this season due to personal issues/out of the country.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! It seems that during the summer season a lot of the folks are busy with rentals...
