Go on Zillow, but filter it to show only recently SOLD properties of the same type as what you are looking for (condo, x bedrooms, x bathrooms, etc.). Don't make the filter too tight or you won't find anything at all, but play around with it until you find what you want. If you are only looking at sold properties, you can see the actual sale price declared in the HUD closing documents. Don't bother going with the "Zestimate." Those estimates are all over the place, and usually too low for this area.

Try Trulia.com or Chase Home Finder but note that these are always lower than actual market value but it can give you a ballpark idea.

Hi, anyone knows where I can find out the current market price of a high rise condo? The only site i know is zillow.com but not sure if the price shown there is up to date.

The reason I'm asking is because an owner is selling their condo and ask for $700k but zillow estimate similar size apartment from the same building is less than $600k.
