After years of delays, Mayor Fulop, Ward F Councilman Jermaine Robinson, and leaders from the Mary McLeod Bethune Life Center, the Jackson Hill Special Improvement District, and the Jersey City Parks Coalition were able to cut the ribbon Wednesday on “Bethune Park,” located directly across from the Bethune Center at 140 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr.
