Was talking to a neighbor who was walking his dog with a grey and white cat following them on Beach St. in the Heights. The neighbor said the cat showed up one day and takes walks with them. Definitely seems to be a house cat that got loose. Friendly to neighbor but a bit skittish (would not come up to me). Seems to be fairly young, may have been with family with dog as it seems to like the neighbor's dog. Neighbor cannot take the cat so over time it will just become feral and likely have a shortened life. Cat seems very sweet - mostly grey with white nose and booties.
Anyway, just wanted to post this is case someone is looking for the cat.
