OK, so here is something that I've wondered about for a really long time...
When a Jersey City bus passes by, I very frequently here a robotic/automated announcement (female voice) say something like "blah blah blah, something San Diablo" or something that sounds like San Diablo. What does that mean? It's been driving me nuts for years!!
