This brief workshop will help attendees explore hopes and expectations surrounding birth, including choosing a practice and facility that meets their needs: hospital, birthing center, home - midwives, OBs, doulas. Learn the differences in approaches and outcomes. Making educated choices about your pregnancy and birth helps ensure a more empowering birth experience.
