Highly recommended! As always, I thoroughly enjoyed my yoga session with Sita. She led us through a calming and rejuvenating session, bathed in sunlight and the soothing sound of the water lapping against the pier. She has a peaceful presence and knows how to lead us through poses and meditation that quiet the chatter of the mind. Good fun to do a downward facing dog against the backdrop of an upside down Manhattan skyline! Looking forward to the next one!
