Uhhhh, cig butts r just as disgusting as the dog crap all over the sidewalks that are never cleaned up or enforced!

I take the light-rail every morning from Richard Street to Exchange place, WTF is up with the surrounding area of Exchange place? its pretty disgusting down in front of the office buildings, there are cigarette butts everywhere. Do these companies clean or even sweep up? Don't they have maintenance workers on staff? I noticed especially on Sundays when the office buildings are closed, there are 100s of cigarette butts all over the ground there. The sad part about it, there are ashtrays and garbage cans within the area. What gives?
