In past updates, "all" has been clarified as meaning meters, zone, and street sweeping. When it says "alternate side suspended" (a.k.a. street sweeping) but doesn't say "all" and doesn't mention meters or zone, I would take it to mean that meters and zone/permits are still enforced.
With that said, everyone on my street was off the sweeping side today and the sweeper came. 1) No one knew about it and 2) if people are allowed to park, wouldn't it be useless for the sweeper to come?! https://twitter.com/JCParking/

Hi all,
The JC Parking Authority twitter feed says that alternate side is suspended through January 1, but does that impact cars without a resident permit parked on residential streets? I can call them in the morning, but just wanted to see if anyone can give me peace of mind tonight. Thanks and happy holidays!
