The forum with NJ Transit Executive Director Kevin Corbett will take place at 7 p.m., Tuesday at Alaris 178 Ogden Street, between Franklin and Ferry Streets in Jersey City and was arranged by state Assemblyman Raj Mukherji, D-Hudson.
