on February 08, 2015 at 8:48 PM, updated February 08, 2015 at 8:52 PM A "young man'' plunged to his death tonight off an elevated portion of Bayview Avenue in Jersey City, according to Carly Baldwin, Jersey City's police and fire spokeswoman. Baldwin said the man had been threatening to jump off the portion of roadway between Garfield Avenue and the entrance to the New Jersey Turnpike and eventually plunged to his death.
