If it is true, wouldn't there be some sort of public record on file with the zoning department for a variance to build a sizable project such as this? Just get the block and lot from the online tax records and call zoning for information. I believe this is all a matter of public record.

If it is Puccini's I wonder if that will include the Salumeria Ercolano deli cafe ? Maybe someone can call Pasquale and see if it true, or the next time someone goes there for a lunch pick-up then can ask.
