Never been to H&R Block but I believe it's still there. I've been filing online with Tax Act which is pretty user friendly:

Last Minute Larry here. Does anybody know a good spot in downtown JC to get my taxes filed? Is the H&R Block on Newark Avenue still there? Any good or bad experiences there, and what do they charge?
Have never done them myself. Mine are only slightly more complex than the norm. In 2012 I had 3 sources of income. Would it be terribly difficult to do on my own, and if so, any suggestions on platforms to use?
