Not sure, or at least I never found it. If you call the incinerator authority, they can tell you for sure. But definitely wait until trash day to put your garbage out (technically, I think it has to be after 5 pm). Otherwise you could get a ticket, especially if a neighbor calls you in. (speaking from experience....) :)

Is there a place in JC for people to dump garbage? Trying not to clog the sidewalk waiting for trash pickup...
