A 24 Hour mini-mart would be useful in Hamilton Park as most out that way close very early and none are all night.

I was wondering the same thing. Perhaps they think they have a better location than the existing ones, but another mini-mart was not exactly a need crying out to be be filled. I think even another pizzeria would have been better.

I saw it last week. Peeping in the window it looks like your typical run of the mill candy/newsstand/bodega kind of mini-mart. I was hoping for at least a nice full deli with great sandwiches. Lets hope it's more than average.

So Hamilton Park is getting yet another mini-mart. This one will be on 9th, where Newport Pharmacy used to be. We already have mini-marts on 7th, 8th, and 10th. I'm wondering why anyone thought we needed yet another one... unless they have fresh produce or something else that's unique.
