Thanks for getting back to me. This is one of those newer (early 80s) row houses off Hamilton Park on 9th. The brick is not structural and there's no cornice or wood window frames. We just have soot stains (like tears from the window frame corners) and some spalling we'd like to have cleaned off. If doing it means I need to re-point all the brick then I wouldn't do it - there must be a gentler option.

I've been through this 3 times, all in Downtown. If it's brick then you can expect some mortar to be knocked out by the pressure washer so it will need re-pointing. And since you're already paying for the scaffolding setup you might as well get the front cornice painted at the same time. Maybe window trim if it's wood.
There's cheap quotes and there's great quality work for a bit more. Say more about the job desired and I'll get you some solid contacts-

Looking to clean up the front of our brick row house in downtown JC. Anyone have a brick cleaning or power washing contractor you can recommend?
