I am an Expeditor who is knowledgable about the building processes: submissions to Zoning, filling out paperwork correctly to get Permits pulled in a timely manner, street closing, scheduling inspections, special work permits, Certificate of Occupancy, etc.

My fees are based on your project needs. If your time is money, then you want me working for you and your project. Big or small, my attention to detail and knowledge of the business, allow me to save you time and money.
