Why not use Murphy Oil Soap? Inexpensive, readily available and does the job.

I'm not at the point where I need to have my hardwood floors sanded and refinished, but I would like to have my floors really cleaned.
Does anyone know anyone (or company) who does this? When I lived in the midwest, COIT cleaned hardwood, but it doesn't look like it's available here.
