Is this the Friendly Cleaners on Columbus, just west of Grove Street? If so, I have a very hard time believing that the owner, Mike the Russian guy, would curse at a customer. He's a very nice guy, and quite docile. I literally cannot imagine him cursing and not taking care of his customers, but I guess stranger things have happened.

The shirt doesn't appear drycleaned in the picture - Are you sure you're not motivated to spin this story for another reason ?

I went into Friendly cleaners today only to get my brand new shirt return ripped. See the below picture. How could this happen? I check the sleeves to make sure they are buttoned before bringing the shirts in to get cleaned.
To top it all off after questioning how this could happen and asking if he would at least wave the 10 balance from my other items I dropped off he proceeds by saying "Go fu** yourself" Wow that is customer service for you. Anyone else had an experience like this as Friendly's or any of the other local cleaners? Any recommendations of a good place that has withstood the test of time??? http://i1229.photobucket.com/albums/e ... 01az/2011-04-18185556.jpg
