I know, i know, I have a feeling it will be a real struggle bringing in outside people, but I will do it on principle and then recommend that people not use the hotel because they hold you hostage.

But I would like to get some estimates and then go back to the hotel and let them know what I think. So far though, the customer service of the Westin has been great and the fact that the majority of their employees live in Jersey City cushions the blow a bit.

The company I work for regularly uses PSAV and King Cole for conferences, they aren't necessarily cheap though.
In house hotel a/v will always rape you, god forbid you actually trying to bring in your own people also.

Hi,

Can anyone recommend an A/V presentation company for a conference of approximately 250 to 300 people being held at the Westin hotel this fall?

The quote I got from their onsite company seems astronomical and I would like to shop around.

Any advice would be welcome and greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Althea
