Hooping is a low impact cardio workout that whittles the waist, tightens the core, tones the hips and bottom, defines the arms and burns calories. It also improves coordination and relieves stress.
Learn to move the hoop on and off your body...throughout a series of classes we'll learn waist hooping, hip hooping, walking with the hoop, corkscrews, chest hooping and more!
