Jersey City deputy mayor appointed to head of housing, economic development deptJERSEY CITY -- Deputy Mayor Marcos Vigil has been appointed to the head of the city's Department of Housing, Economic Development and Commerce (HEDC). As deputy mayor, Vigil oversaw economic development and real estate, and created strategies for sustainable development and affordable housing.
