Vernon Richardson was an outstanding aide to the late Councilman Yun, if he is half as good as the late Yun, he would be an outstanding councilman. Michael Yun understood the budget, bonding and all the businesses practices of the city which are the duties of any councilperson.

Apparently, the race for the Ward F City Council seat has another entrant, Vernon Richardson. Richardson has launched a website announcing his run and describing his reasons for throwing his hat in the ring.
